Billing details
- What currency am I charged in?
- Billing is in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for display only, so the amount on your statement is the USD figure and your bank sets the exchange rate.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are charged once for twelve months, at a 20% saving against paying monthly. Monthly plans are charged every month and you can stop at any time.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can move up or down between Starter, Plus and Pro at any time — the licence on your devices picks up the new limits without reinstalling anything.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Protection continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the app returns to needing an active subscription. Cancelling does not delete your account.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — see the refund policy for the window and how to ask. Uninstalling the app on its own does not cancel a subscription; cancel it from your account as well.
